A House is located in a metropolitan area at Pinangsia street, Jakarta. Using a modern industrial concept, we combined exposed steel, natural stones, and rustic woods as the main material.The site itself is unique with its elongated length of 56 m and it consisted of 3 existing floors. In this design we proposed each floor with its own function where the 1st floor is used for workshop and service area, 2nd floor for office, living and dining room ,while the 3rd floor is devoted for child’s and master bedroom.With a void full of skylight and mezzanines , the middle area was designed to provide adequate air circulation and natural lighting, giving a fresh and light feeling vibe to the house, and a happy client.
